Project Introduction:
The tunnel kiln adopts advanced frame type and arch roof masonry structure. The length of the kiln body is 120m, with an inner width of 2.25m (2.35m in high-temperature zones); Adopting PID intelligent control and computer management temperature control system, the working temperature is 1150 ℃ and the maximum design temperature is 1350 ℃. The firing cycle is 48-72 hours (adjustable), with a production capacity of 30 t/d. It has many advantages such as large production, high quality, high heat utilization rate, fuel economy, and long service life. By relying on graphitization ultra-high temperature technology and sulfur fixation improvement technology, higher thermal energy utilization efficiency can be achieved, and the unit power consumption is reduced by 40-50% compared to traditional crucible furnaces. Production water can be recycled, and compared to other factories in the same industry, water consumption is at a lower level.
