Product Introduction
Our new generation single wheel classifier is a new type of classification equipment developed by the company through independent research and development technology to meet the different needs of domestic customers, which can classify different fine powder fineness. Technically, a impeller classification system with a direct connected motor is adopted, which can be adapted to a frequency converter to achieve stepless speed regulation and adapt to the adjustment of various fine dust particles, with a high degree of automation. The new generation single wheel classifier  has a compact structure, small footprint, and strong applicability. It can be flexibly matched with various grinding equipment (roller mill, vertical mill, impact mill, etc.) to form a closed circuit system.

Applicable scope
1. Suitable for various mill equipment (such as air flow mill, ring roller mill, ball mill, Raymond mill, etc.) to form a closed circuit system and achieve secondary classification of fine powder particles.
2. The classification fineness of Longyi's new generation single wheel classifier can reach 4000-5000 mesh.
